Silver Mountain this weekend
Sunday, July 17. (that would be tomorrow), Silver Spokes Jam Session. Registration is at the gondola base beginning at 8:00 am at the retail shop. $10.00 registration fee. Racing will begin at 9:30 or sooner if possible and go till noon. Follow the link to get the registration form. All Gravity Series #2 this weekend!
Silver Mountains opening weekend will be the second event in the 2011 All Gravity Series… We’re still waiting on the snow to melt off the top of the mountain, but that won’t stop us. Race will start mid mountain (shortening the times from 14-20 minutes down to 7-10).
Both events will be DH races!
Online registration open until June 16th, there is a $5 late fee for registration at event.
There will be more awesome prizes from Shimano, Deity, and Transition!

Practice:

Race will start at 2pm Saturday and 1pm Sunday, and is USA Cycling sanctioned.
Cost of race is $20/day
Day licenses will be $5/day (one license for each day of riding, including Friday practice)
Register online by June 16, 2011 – you can register online without making payment (select “cash/check/card at race”)
After June 16, 2011 there will be a $5 late registration fee. Racers may register online until 6pm June 16 and registration will also be open on both race days.
Lift tickets will be available for purchase at event.
All riders will be required to have a license for practice AND race, whether it is a single day license purchased or a year license.
All racers will also be required to ride in a full faced helmet.
